Information you send us
We receive the information you enter when you contact us, submit a practice, suggest a listing correction, or use a provider inquiry form. Depending on the form, this may include your name, contact details, practice information, correction text, and a message about the care you are seeking.
Usage and technical information
We use analytics to understand pages viewed, general device and browser information, referrers, and actions such as searches or filter changes. We use this information to improve the directory. Exact browser-location coordinates and raw unmatched search phrases are not sent to analytics by default.
Public provider information
Listings may include public professional information about a business or individual, such as a name, service area, business contact details, qualifications, and source links. Providers and other people may ask us to review inaccurate information through the correction form or our contact page.
How we use and share information
We use submitted information to operate the directory, review listings and corrections, respond to requests, prevent misuse, and improve the site. When an inquiry feature is available, we may share the inquiry with the provider you selected. We also use service providers that host the site, store data, and provide analytics. We do not sell personal information.
Google Maps
Provider pages may include Google Maps content. When it loads, Google may receive technical information about your visit and handle it under the Google Privacy Policy. Use of the map is also subject to the Google Maps terms.
Retention and choices
We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to operate the directory, maintain an accurate review record, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. You may ask about personal information we hold, or request a correction or deletion, through our contact page. We will evaluate requests under applicable law and may need to retain limited records for security, legal, or audit purposes.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the directory changes. The effective date at the top shows when this version took effect.
